Lizzy is extremely business-savvy and she sucessfully combines this strength with an extremely well developed intuition and insight about people and therefore also offers a great deal of humanity and compassion in her interactions. She has helped me to achieve the goals I set out to achieve through our coaching engagement, and even some that I didn't realize I had! Lizzy doesn't hesitate to ask the tough or uncomfortable questions, and pushes me to reflect on my leadership and on myself in a deeper and more meaningful way. My leadership development has most certainly benefited as a result of my coaching experience with Lizzy." Manager, Corporate Learning & Development “Lizzy, you stayed curious thoughout our coaching relationship. You asked thought provoking questions that created the need for changes and the adaptions that came about." Educational Leader “You approach every conversation with such a genuine level of curiosity, that a feeling of complete openness is created, where people can feel safe saying whatever is going on in their head. Nothing is too radical, too out there, too controversial, too anything....you are up for it. You exude such a true interest in people, topics, and stuff that you make everything a bit more fun than it would be otherwise. The boring becomes 'juicy’.” Manager

About Acacia
Coaching
The first step is to explore if a mutual interest exists for a partnership in your learning. |
Once a contract has been agreed, the coaching program begins with establishing a partnership. This includes clarifying your desired outcomes, organizational context and how we will work together to achieve the agreed goals. |
Together we will explore and review current situations, learning plans and other available information relevant to your effectiveness. You will determine your coaching agenda for each conversation that is framed by your goals. |
During the coaching, we will work to apply all you learn to real situations. We will use the coaching time to debrief actions, explore, reflect, challenge, provide supports and celebrate achievements. |
Typically we will meet face-to-face and/or via phone for between 30 minutes to an hour on each occasion. Conversations generally occur on a weekly or bi-weekly basis over 3-6 months. A planned schedule is customized to your needs and requirements. |
Your privacy is respected at all times. Our discussions are treated as completely confidential. |
